PARSIPPANY, N.J., Aug. 15, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Embecta Corp. (“embecta”) (NASDAQ: EMBC), one of the largest pure-play diabetes care companies, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 for each issued and outstanding share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on September 14, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 26, 2022.
